Farrah Sonnenberg is the Owner and CEO of Sonnenberg Consultants. Farrah grew up in Williams Bay, WI, attended Parkside and received her Masters degree from Sage University. Her passion has been creating an amazing, supportive culture and environment at all our campuses for clients and staff alike; while continuing to use our company values of Growth Mindset, Communication, Teamwork, Accountability, being Solution Oriented, and having Equitable Access. 
 
With Farrah’s leadership and support we are continually changing what supervision and culture look like, and Farrah’s professional goal of implementing NVC (Non-Violent Communication) across the company and continuing her own learning of NVC and other methods in order to lead the company forward, has made Sonnenberg one of the only ABA companies in WI to receive our third accreditation and become a teaching facility.
 
Farrah’s personal goals are to be present in all areas of life: her kids, husband and family, as well as clients and staff across each location. Farrah loves crossfit, running, horseback riding, praying, and spending time with her family.
