designed to meet families where they are—through effective communication and clinical support.
Serving clients at both our Pleasant Prairie and Mount Pleasant clinics.
Serve and Empower
Provide ABA services in both English and Spanish that reflect the language, values, and needs of the families we serve.
Lead and Build
Supervise and train bilingual BTT and BTTh staff while building the foundational systems and tools for a sustainable bilingual ABA program.
Reach and Connect
Deliver services across two clinics while establishing relationships with local schools, providers, and agencies to support program growth.
Focus and Flourish
Maintain a manageable caseload with intentional support that allows you to stay focused, organized, and effective in every aspect of your work.
Your Role
In Action

Coordinate services across two clinics sites with attention to cultural and language needs.

Translate ABA programs into Spanish using our online program management system.

Advise on bilingual hiring and onboarding needs.

Develop bilingual materials for staff training and caregiver education.

Create Spanish-language content for our internal training platform.

Partner with schools and community providers to expand access for Spanish-speaking families.

Board Certified Behavior Analyst, licensed in Wisconsin
