Your Role

Design and refine individualized ABA programs that drive measurable progress.

Oversee program implementation across varied settings, ensuring consistency and quality of care.

Develop BTTh leadership capacity to ensure BTTs receive high-quality guidance and feedback.

Uphold the highest standards of ethics, professionalism, and accountability.

Equip caregivers with practical tools and strategies to support learning between sessions.

Review data trends to make timely adjustments and highlight client success.

Collaborate with leadership to strengthen clinical processes and program development.

Who We
Are Looking For

A Board Certified Behavior Analyst, with a Wisconsin license

Experience supporting culturally responsive, client-centered care

Skilled at coaching BTTh and BTT staff with clarity and support

Pay & Time Away

Competitive salary range of $80,000–$90,000, based on experience
