Your Role
In Action
As a Behavior Treatment Technician, you’ll spend your days helping clients practice everyday skills — from communication to daily routines — in fun, meaningful ways.
You’ll receive step-by-step training, work side by side with a mentor, and see real progress as the people you support gain independence and confidence.

Guide and Grow
Oversee ABA services with compassion and precision, helping clients of all ages develop skills, overcome challenges, and achieve meaningful goals.

Mentor and Lead
Supervise and coach teams, building confidence, competence, and teamwork to elevate staff success.

Connect and Collaborate
Build strong relationships with families, schools, and community partners to support progress and expand opportunities for those you serve.

Focus and Achieve
Work with a balanced group of clients and teams, supported by systems and collaboration that help you stay organized, effective, and confident in every aspect of your role.

Who We
Are Looking For

A Board Certified Behavior Analyst, with a Wisconsin license

Experience supporting culturally responsive, client-centered care

Skilled at coaching BTTh and BTT staff with clarity and support

Collaborative leader in team-based environments

Strong written and verbal communicator
