Our Clinical Teams are made up of these positions:
BCBA: Board Certified Behavior Analyst
​
BCBAs work with individuals across the lifespan, from early childhood through adulthood. They hold primary responsibility for assessment, treatment design, and clinical decision-making, including conducting and overseeing functional assessments, developing behavior support plans, and determining treatment priorities.

BCBAs supervise and mentor treatment teams, guide implementation fidelity, analyze clinical data to drive program changes, and ensure services meet ethical, regulatory, and professional standards. They also collaborate with caregivers, schools, and other professionals to coordinate care and support meaningful, long-term outcomes.

BTTh: Behavior Treatment Therapists
BTThs are the direct point of contact for families, working with schools/day cares and other therapy providers on a client's day to day experience. They create programs and routines that build each individual's skills and relationships. They also guide BTT/RBTs (see below) in how to use those elements more, to bring the best possible outcomes for all.
BTT/RBT: Behavior Treatment Technicians & Registered Behavior Technicians
BTTs and RBTs provide direct, hands-on services to clients under the supervision of BCBAs, implementing behavior support plans and collecting data in accordance with organizational and ethical standards. Our Technicians support skill acquisition, behavior reduction, and daily routines while maintaining professional, compassionate care.
Our Peer Mentors are a group of experienced and hard-working RBT/BTTs who are passionate about ABA therapy. Using the skills that they've learned over time, they guide new technicians starting on day one. They provide knowledge, empathy and practical tips to help each BTT grow along their own path to success.
