Ayanna Balocca, RBT

Yanna is a compassionate and dedicated professional in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis. With a BS in Psychobiology and a MS in ABA, Yanna brings over eight years of experience in early childhood education and 3.5 years of working with the neurodivergent community to her role as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT). She is actively accruing hours toward her BCBA certification and is passionate about making a meaningful impact through evidence-based practices.

In addition to her professional accomplishments, Yanna holds two Guinness World Records in Rocket League and is recently married. Her interests extend to creating meaningful connections, whether through her family vlog channel or mentoring her younger sisters. She balances her visionary leadership with a strong growth mindset and a drive to leave a positive, lasting impact in her field and community.
